Lost and found

MVTA strongly urges all riders to make sure they have all of their belongings with them before exiting the bus. Items found on buses are delivered to Customer Service at Burnsville Transit Station (BTS) the following business day and are kept for two weeks.
Due to limited time and staffing resources, we do not contact drivers to ask them to look for lost items. If you believe you have left an item on the bus, please contact Customer Service at 952-882-7500. Items may be picked up at the Customer Service Office at Burnsville Transit Station, 100 East Highway 13, Burnsville, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
