The RideMVTA app can assist with scheduling trips on MVTA fixed-route buses or on MVTA Connect.

MVTA also provides an online Trip Planning Tool on the home page of our website! Simply provide your starting and ending location, as well as the time of day you’d like to make your trip.

Be sure to arrive at the bus stop 5-7 minutes early. Wait for your bus at the designated bus stop.

Read the overhead sign to make sure you are boarding the correct bus.

You can use the ticket vending machines located at our transit stations or you can add fare to your Go-To card online at metrotransit.org.

About one block before your destination, pull the cord above the windows or politely alert the driver.

Yes, MVTA buses can carry two bikes on the rack at the front of the bus.

You may have a beverage on board as long as it’s covered. We do not allow food on our buses.
