Reduced service planned on July 4 and July 5

On Thursday, July 4, and Friday, July 5, MVTA will be offering reduced service.
Thursday, July 4th
On Thursday, July 4, a weekend schedule will be in effect. That means the routes that normally operate on weekends will be operating with schedules used on weekends. The routes include:
4FUN – Mystic Lake – Canterbury – Valleyfair – TC Premium Outlets – Mall of America
442 – Burnsville Center – Fairview Ridges – Apple Valley – Palomino Hills – Cedar Grove – Mall of America
444 – Savage – Burnsville Center – Burnsville Transit – Cedar Grove Transit – Mall of America
445 – Eagan – Cedar Grove Transit Station
446 – Eagan – 46th Street LRT
447 – Apple Valley Transit – Burnsville Center – Savage Park and Ride – Prior Lake – Mystic Lake Casino
495 – Shakopee – Burnsville – Mall of America
497 – Shakopee
499 – Shakopee

Friday, July 5 – Special Reduced Schedule
On Friday, July 5, in addition to regular weekend routes, select trips will be added for Route 460, Route 477, Route 480, and Route 490.

Southbound trips: 2:26 p.m., 3:36 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:10 p.m.
Route 477 – Apple Valley – Minneapolis
Northbound trips : 6:00 a.m., 7:12 a.m., and 8:26 a.m.
Southbound trips: 1:29 p.m., 2:18 p.m., 3:40 p.m., 4:06 p.m., and 4:46 p.m.
Route 480 – Burnsville-Apple Valley-Eagan-St. Paul
Northbound trips: 5:54 a.m., 6:35 a.m., 7:20 a.m., and 7:35 a.m.
Southbound trips: 3:45 p.m., 4:15 p.m., 4:39 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.
Route 490 – Prior Lake – Shakopee – Minneapolis
Northbound trips: 6:37 a.m. and 7:38 a.m.
Southbound trips: 3:11 p.m., 4:26 p.m., and 5:20 p.m.
